Great quick service. Bought sun loungers online and Anthony and Willow made contact straight away, the loungers were ready to pick up within a couple of days, and best of all was all the efforts they both went to to help me fit them into my car, which was harder than it sounds! Really appreciated all their help, they went above and beyond.
Bought a fantastic table that is just what we want, Gina-Maree did a great job suggesting tables, different options and putting a deal together. If you want something 'cheap', this isn't for you but quality isn't cheap, very pleased.
I love this shop. I purchased custom outdoor cushions for $3k. Quickdry foam and sunbrella fabric. I have left them fully exposed for 1 year and they are almost as good as brand new. They are extremely comfortable and dry from wet very quickly. Dimensions and everything was 100% correct. It is hard to find outdoor furniture that last in NZ, but here you can find it. Willow is amazing she patiently worked through my difficult request with me and nailed it.
Amazing customer service and a great product quality. I bought an outdoor set 11 years ago and it is still in a great condition. Only needed to change the covers and was pleasantly surprised when Willow managed to find a new covers and promptly sent them to me including the tips for easy replacement. Thank you !
