Things were going great until renting agreement ended, chased me up for rent arrears that didn’t exist, never replied to my email and then deducted the amount out of my bond without telling me. After chasing it up, and telling them they had stolen from me, they wouldn’t send it back and are holding it, forcing me to apply with the disputes tribunal.
The location is very good, ten minutes away from the CBD. Apart from the steep slope, there are no disadvantages!
Nice Clean Apartments. CHP Social Housing that is awesome. Friendly building manager. Very understanding and responsive provider Home in Place. Lift is very secure you can only access the ground and the level you live on so it's very safe and private.
Awful service no one answers the phone number given for the building manager or gets back to you, very poor
