Quite warm/hot, if living in one of the north facing flats. No intercom, so need to go downstairs to let people in. Mail isn't secure and can be left on the chair in the reception area.
A nice apartment building, with a bit of a character as it already age a bit. The intercom at the front door is not working properly. You can ring in, but they can't unlock the door as well as activate the lift for you, so they have to come down and let you in.
