Alice takes ages to get back to you, doesn't do much and never responds to your emails and calls. I don't recommend her at all!! Do yourself a huge favour and find another lawyer or law firm instead!

My experience with Alice . Except the property here in NZ I have a property in China and she introduced her classmate back in Beijing for advocacy the property in dispute In China , the first thing I asked Alice was : Lawyers In China aren’t honest and normally they betray their clients.. I am aware of this because I lived in China for 13 years , and majority of %99 of Chinese never do anything for anyone without personal benefits, She replied: No money for my classmate isn’t important, popularity is important for him ( just she wanted i go in the trap ) as soon as I paid $12000 to Alice’s classmate he didn’t reply my messages and I asked Alice that why he doesn’t reply me ? Alice said “I don’t know him” what ? if you don’t know him then why you introduced him to me? there must be a reason Alice changed face and said I don’t know him ( dodgy deals ). The first day when I went to Alice’s office I saw an old Asian woman came out and started to record my car plate number ( her mother), I wondered why? experience of clients who weren’t happy with her services . Always she says “ I have been working here for X years , it doesn’t matter how many years you worked here or there this is the important that how was the quality of your work . To be honest and responsible is important, I hope that I gave a picture to next the victims of Alice. Just be cautious. NZ’s law society have to stop dishonest and fraudster Lawyers enter the justice system.
We used their service for the first time, also for our first home. The whole process is great, the settlement is smooth without any troubles. Their charge is very reasonable and competitive. I've recommended some of my friends to use their service.
I would never use Alice Lawyers again. I don't recommend using them. I dealt with Alice who I engaged to purchase my home. After paying her the fees into her trust account she asked for more money just hours before settlement time. I lost a lot of money on the deal. I am taking the matter to the New Zealand Law Society.
