   I had the privilege of being assisted by Rani Singh from MTF Finance Mt Eden. From my initial preapproval to when I actually bought a vehicle was amazing. Fast, friendly, always will to assist and getting the correct information when I required. As a first time buyer in NZ, I had a lot of questions. She was patient and willing to give accurate and friendly service and take me through the entire process. I would recommend MTF and Rani to anybody looking to finance their next vehicle.

   Terrible experience with this company during COVID. I have been a customer with MTF for a few years now taking out 2 loans. The first one was paid off over a year in advance and the second one was always paid months in advance pre covid. After covid I had no income. MTF was very well aware of this. I asked for my payments to be put on hold until I could find work DECLINED I filled out the hardship application which included my bank statements showing that I had no income DECLINED. They said they would put my payments on hold for about 4 weeks after the 4 weeks they told me my account was now in arrears and I had to hurry up and pay the overdue amount within a few days (it was over $800) and then threatened me with repossession! I could not believe how awful I was being treated by this company, considering how well advance my account had always been paid pre covid. ESPECIALLY as there would have been guidelines they would have had to adhere to during covid. Pretty lowdown and awful behavior by a very incompassionate company. Their interest rate is alot higher than other loan companies. There are many other companies that have lower interest rates with better humanitarian skills. Shop elsewhere

   We have recently bought a car with the help at MTF Finance Mt Eden, specifically from Mel. This lady has been absolutely amazing to deal with. Everything went smoothly with her supports and communication is excellent. Almost forgot to mention Mel is super efficient and thoughtful too, problems were sorted out in unbelievable short time. We are definitely satisfied with all the services. Highly recommended to all.
