   This is by far the best mechanics I've experienced since moving to AKL! Although I had a recurring steering issue, "The Good Mechanics" was the only place able to diagnose and fix the problem properly. Now, I feel confident and safe driving my car. No doubt five star service!

   Very impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness from the team at Gary Prohm Automotive. My car had failed a WOF and was in need of a service but trying to find a day when I didn't need my car was difficult. Thankfully the team arranged a courtesy car for me. The phone call to to advise what parts were required to be fitted, the time it would take and the cost was clear and on point. Very glad that I had my car repairs completed the Gary Prohm in Royal Oak. Thanks team, top quality job!

   I think these guys are not really educated on mechanics of different cars. We've given them a car in a good condition just for a service, but we ended up paying 800 ZND and after they returned the car, we could hear so many noises from different parts We had to go back to that place like 3 times. And every time, they're like there's nothing wrong with it, or you have to pay to change something else. We had to take a video of the noises, and email them. Still they could not figure out and noise still remains. We decided going back to them is a waste of time as they really don't know what they are doing. Incredibly frustrating experience.

   Great staff, great work, great price and even discounts. We came there, expecting to be without a car for 2 days or so. However, after a warm welcome and some advice, they took our car in, offered us a courtesy car until the necessary repairs were done, and even managed to get it all done in one day! (other mechanic estimated 2-3) Would definitely go there again and recommend!
