The team at Kingsland went above and beyond to help me on Saturday. My car was in for a service and I had an appointment in town to go to, which went much longer than I expected and I wasn't able to get back until after 2pm (when they closed) but one of the staff (Abdul) stayed after hours to make sure I got my car back. I really appreciated that as I needed my car on Sunday for work. Amazing service from the team there. =)
The team has been super helpful remedying a fault with a recent repair for my car :) they happily replaced the damaged parts at no charge and went above and beyond! They have great customer service and communication skills to top it off. If you value an honest team this is the place to go. Thank you ⭐️
Amazing service. I dealt with Mark who was very patient and understanding throughout the process. When I arrived to pick the car up they had taken it next door to get the VTNZ WOF recheck performed, which was completely unexpected but saved an hour of my time, very considerate. Highly recommend.
I am impressed with the kindness and efficient communication by the receptionist there on 10/3, also liked their efforts of taking extra care of my car by showing just the essential recommendation and not trying to swell the service bill. Moreover i did felt a positive change in my drive later on after the service. Hence, here goes a full 5 star to them.

I had a flat tyre on the motorway and my car was towed to AA Auto Centre Kingsland where the tyre was replaced and all sorted perfectly.
