I visited Yellow Motors and had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was extremely poor - they spoke in a rude manner, showed no professionalism, and gave very unhelpful responses to every question or concern I raised about the car issues. On top of that, their prices are very high. It feels like they only care about money rather than customer satisfaction. Very unhappy with the service.
I am extremely disappointed with the service at Yellow Motors. Since January 2025, I had ongoing issues with my car repeatedly stopping on the road. Each time I took it back, they replaced a part but never solved the problem. They charged me a total of $1,930 over several months and never provided proper receipts. Every time they claimed the car was fixed, it broke down again — sometimes within just 24 hours. Out of frustration, I finally took my car to a genuine service centre. They immediately identified the actual problem (a part that Yellow Motors never recommended changing), kept my car for 3 days, and fixed everything. The total cost there was $680, and my car has been running perfectly for nearly 2 months now with no issues. This clearly shows that Yellow Motors either misdiagnosed the issue or deliberately kept charging me for unnecessary parts. I feel ripped off and will never recommend them to anyone. Please be cautious if you’re considering their services. Refund my money?
Was in for a wof today as a walk-in client. the good part was he was able to start the work within half an hour and even complete it much quicker. The 69 year old representative is truely an amazing person, friendly and respectful. He charges total fees much reasonably, while also being honest in their work. I highly recommend this place…
I’ve been going to Yellow Motors for years now, and they’re truly one of the best in the business. They always look after you with great care and never overcharge for the work they do on your car or van. Every time I’ve visited, I’ve received a fair quote, and I’ve never had any issues with the quality of their work. Highly recommended!

Thanks to yellow motors my car got stolen so they guided me to get full claim from insurance company. I know them since 2017 i have done so many things from them I appreciate the way treat us and helping us.
