   I went into Jay Jays looking for a Christmas gift for my niece, and I was greeted by the lovely employee named Julia. She welcomed me in so warmly and was super helpful the whole time. Julia took the time to help me find a really great gift and made the whole experience easy for me. Such amazing customer service!! she honestly made my shopping experience so much better.    I just did some last minute shopping for a dress for the holidays and I ended up leaving with 4! The staff member Mil was absolutely the best! Amazing attitude, always popped over to check on me and hyping up the dresses I was trying on. I had such an amazing experience with her, absolutely made my day! ❤️

   Worst customer experience. They don't care about the customers. Helpless staff too rude. They don't even know their own policies. Charged me more for exchange and refused to refund. Staff told me to contact the management team directly.

   Absolutely shocking customer service. We weren't greated by the 2 girls behind the counter on arrival plus the whole time they were chatting about what time each of them had to leave & didn't bother about any of the clients in the store till it came time to pay. Won't be visiting this particular store anytime soon. D- for customer service!!

   This started off as a good start to the shop was greeted and helped with finding items, however upon paying for my items the girl behind the counter said that she'll hurry up and put the sale through before my partner changes his mind. Now although this seems not worth a low review I wasn't happy with the fact that she implied he was my wallet we live in the 21st century now and I am 100% capable of paying for my own items as I did. Woman are able to work and make money to spend on themselves, as she is familiar with that being a working female herself. Also this is very judgmental of her to assume that because he looks alot older than me that maybe he's my sugar daddy. He is not the type of person to stop me from doing what I want to do, he had incouraged me to buy myself something as I never do because it feels selfish, so thanks for ruining that for me as well. Next time maybe keep your comments to yourself and think of better conversation starters instead of being rude.
