   Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Lorraine Ludwig our mortgage advisor on guiding us to be home owners.    We highly recommend Lorraine. We weren't expecting to get approved for a few months, however after contacting Lorraine, we managed to get approved for a new build in less than a month. Communication was always solid, she informs us ahead of the time of what we need to do & the status of our application. She even manage to get us a really good interest rate & cash back. Could not thank her enough for her help in helping us get into our first home. Also, we feel like we're not just numbers to her. She really made us feel welcome & answered any questions we had.

You worked tirelessly one making sure we could achieve our goals and beyond our expectations. You provided us with the family home we longed for. Lorraine you answered every question regardless of how stupid it was. You went into battle for us with all the banks to try and give us the home that we so wanted. You're due diligence made this as streamline as possible. Lorraine you crunched numbers that no body would care with to make sure we we're not getting over our heads.    I contacted Pamela because I was interested in getting my finances sorted. She is very knowledgeable, a great listener, friendly and patient. I was interested in getting a new car purchase and she went above and beyond in getting my specifications of what type of car I wanted. She then went on to link me to a dealership which was beyond her service but she assisted me with it and communicated promptly throughout the process. She did a financial health check and she was able to advice me accordingly. She helped me with the transfer of my kiwisaver. She also discussed the benefits of having cover in place especially as a dad - I was happy she discussed having personal and car insurance because it means should anything happen, I have the peace of mind knowing that I and my son can maintain a good lifestyle. Overall, I would recommend Pamela to everyone for home loans, insurance, kiwisaver and if you want to sell or purchase a new property.    Lorraine provided an outstanding service for us, she carefully assessed our profile and budget providing really helpful insights of which steps we should take. During the whole the process, where we faced changes government rules changes and interest rates, she kept us posted solving our questions.
