Worst service you could possibly receive from a broker, such a waste of time and money with them. I wish I could give a 0 star
DO not go here for insurance. They let my landlords insurance on my 3 rental properties lapse without any renewal documents as they had a client manager change and I "slipped through the cracks". I was effectively uninsured for 4 months. Only noticed when reconciling some accounts that premiums had not been deducted. I quickly then got landlords insurance elsewhere. SHOCKER.
Previously a customer of Mike Henry Insurance Brokers who were fantastic, unfortunately bought out by this Muppet outfit that are very difficult to deal with when you have a claim. Don't bother bringing your business here!
Very poor service. Do not bother to fill in copious amounts of paperwork and waste your valuable time with business insurance, as you will not receive even a quotation or any communication. We were looking for multi million dollar insurance coverage and they basically never got back to us. Very disappointed.
