   I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this store. I order an item and paid for shipping and over a week after I have placed my order there was still no shipping update despite on there website the times listed were 3-5 days. I emailed them and it was only on my second email to them did they advised they didn't have the item and therefore couldn't fulfill the order. They refunded me for the product but did not refund me the shipping costs. I have now emailed them twice again to ask about a refund for the $10 shipping I paid but have again received no response from them. I have also attempted to contact them through there facebook and instagram profiles but again... no response. The item I brought that they don't have in stock is still listed for sale on their website lol. Don't buy from them. They will be unable to provide the order, take two-ish weeks to refund you and then pocket the $10 shipping cost you pay. Very very very disappointed in my experience

   Best service, incredible brands that you can't get anywhere else in NZ and such friendly staff. Love the huge variety of clothes, accessories and shoes. Definitely head in store if you're in the area!

   Disgusting service. Barely got a hello, my cousin and I had to google prices ourselves and try on shoes without the sales assistant helping us. Workers need to get taught customer service, just because you work in a higher end shop, doesn’t mean you should ignore people, will not spend our money here. Acting like you aren’t on minimum wage yourself

   Came in with my mother in search of a 21st dress and had amazing service by the lovely Ruby. Really lovely clothes and accessories. Will definitely be making a note to come back whenever am in Auckland.
