   This address is long out of date even though it's showing as a current Service Point for DHL for parcel redirection. The Kiwibank Branch has closed, and the NZ Post Shop location has move 50m around the corner to: 15 Hardinge Street, Auckland Central, Auckland 1010. Check the opening hours for NZ Post as they are significantly better than posted by DHL.

   DHL informed me that they could not deliver because there was no one home which was a deliberate lie because we were working in the foyer all morning - not the first time they have fibbed about non delivery

   I was expecting a delivery today, which has not yet arrived. This is causing me a great deal of stress, as I have an important commitment based on the documents that were supposed to be delivered. My due date is on Thursday, and if the documents do not arrive on time, I will be paying a heavy fine. This is completely unacceptable, as I relied on your company's promised delivery date to plan my schedule. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise that may cause delays, but I would appreciate more transparency and communication regarding the status of my delivery. It is extremely frustrating to be left in the dark and not know when to expect my package.

   ATROCIOUS SERVICE!!!! The staff simply do not care if parcels arrive and telling them multiple times that couriers are not dropping off items results in blank stares and a " well that is not my problem" bureaucratic indifference. The staff act like they have jobs for life and do not care at all about customer service. The arrogance is simply breathtaking. If your items do not arrive don't bother visiting them, they would rather you left them alone than actually expect service . AVOID at all costs.
