Please stop your drivers from blocking footpaths. Also - tearing through the CBD wayyyy over the speed limit and cutting back and forth across lanes. Guess getting to your destination is more important and the safety of Aucklanders.
Didn't receive my parcel. Deadline said that they would text me. They didn't, then refused to find out what happened. Deadline said I'd have to chase it up myself.
Driver was rude and unprofessional. He tried to force the locked door of the office open and looked through windows: we are a location with strict security rules which means that we cannot open the door with only one staff member inside, especially if they force entry. Upon returning, the driver yelled and made many passive aggressive comments to staff, when we have security protocol and the package was not solicited by us.
Need to teach your drivers about illegal parking. It's against the law to park where he is. Courier or not. And maybe teach them not to message people demanding the post be taken down. Just learn from it an don't break the law.

We have had an account with Deadline Express for a year now and every job booked has been on time. Our business is out in the Waitakeres and most couriers dont want to service this area for same day deliveries but the experience with Deadline was so different. I rang for info, set up an account online and the next day an Account Manager dropped off an info pack with labels and all the info I need to start booking jobs. Having the ability to get a rush order delivered around Auckland same day has been brilliant for our business.
Driver should get a new driver license. Overtaking in a busy road 5:50~ 6:00pm Friday today on Puhinui Road. Passed me from behind to front on heavy traffics road. Good that my reflexes are fastβ¦. Otherwise you guys will be sued. Crazy driver in Manukau area.

Terrible inconsiderate driving by the driver of LBK511 on the 25/04/2019. He was on his phone holding up traffic in the fast lane next to another car not passing at 80km/h created a hold up on the motorway and was very dangerous. He then proceeded to actively hold up traffic when notified to spite everyone. We donβt want these kinds of drivers holding up our city.
