Terrible service! Rude, unhelpful and unfriedly. Very dissapointed as it's my first day of chemo and these people have really upset me.
Lovely area, very overpriced, they are scalping a captive audience. No vegan options for snacks. Wishbone maps from emergency Dept direct you to go through staff only areas.
Dreadful service, gave me a dirty cup and staff then rude when I asked for a clean one. Absolutely no idea about customer service, obviously very poor staff training.
I will start with the staff... They are LOVELY! however what is not lovely is the prices! NEVER I have ever paid so much for coffees. Over $11 for a large mocha and $7.30 for a regular soy latte. STEER CLEAR!!!! Nowhere in Wellington will you pay this much for coffee. I am shocked at the fact the owner is okay at charging so much in a freaking hospital!!! Taking advantage
Stop in for a quick coffee before my appointment, friendly staff that give good customer service.I did not need to wait long for my coffee so that was great. The Only problem is and this is with all Wishbones around New Zealand the food is little expensive for what you are getting.
Wishbone has got to be the worst example of a cafe ever. They have very little competition within the hospital environment and it shows. Staff are surly, service is slow and their opening hours seem to be centered around the needs and wants of the staff as opposed to the customers. And to top it all off the costs of their fare is high for such mediocre quality. Its about time that the hospital provided access to a cafe service that is readily available on weekends and later into the evening. Patients and their families do not get sick only within working hours people....I will use Mojo at the hospital anytime in preference to Wishbone.
Staff are malodorous and not up to Wellington cafe standard. Coffee barely adequate.
If i could rate a zero i would. Waited for our takeaway average coffee and mocha for 15 minutes when the place was dead only one other person was waiting 2 staff members on who found talking and sharing something funny more important than customer service. Extremely overpriced food $9.00 for a crappy tandori chicken wrap with 3 small chunks of chicken crappy old lettuce and soggy old tomatoes can see where the money goes its in the rediculous packaging. Was really interested in some fresh fruit early in the morning and there were 3 old apples up for grabs Wishbone in a hospital i would expect better service and better food its not hard.
