Shavez is very patient, explains everything in detail. Gives great tricks and tips to help loosen up problem areas and has answers to all your questions! I would really recommend Shavez as an instructor!
Shavez is an excellent instructor. He makes things clear and has tons of patience - especially with absolute beginners like me. There is also a really friendly atmosphere during training and best of all it is fun!
