   When buying from overseas, it's hard to know if you have chosen the best available supplier. Wow, Wild Poppies are amazing. We have used them a few times now and their service and attention to detail is exemplary. We sent our daughter the Christmas Pedestal, gingerbread, cupcakes and fudge to her office. Everyone was jealous and impressed. Great value, delivered on time and truly represented on the website.

   Wild Poppies recently delivered a beautiful gift to my daughter, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. The flowers were absolutely stunning — fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged in an elegant presentation bag. The mix of roses, gerberas, and other seasonal blooms was perfect and really brightened her day. Along with the flowers, the delivery included a lovely box of mini cupcakes and a jar of handmade confectionery. The cupcakes looked and tasted amazing — a sweet and thoughtful addition that made the gift extra special. Everything from the presentation to the delivery was seamless and professional.    Extremely disappointed with my experience. As someone with floristry experience, I know exactly what goes into a quality bouquet which is why I ordered the bouquet shown in the first image for my MIL's birthday specifically because it contained no lilies - which she is extremely allergic to. What arrived was completely different: a handful of roses, lilies(which I deliberately avoided), one disbud, and a very random displaced looking protea?? Of the five flower types shown in the reference image - hydrangeas, gypsophila, lisianthus, delphiniums, and dahlias - only one was actually included in the bouquet I received. Not only was this a poor-quality arrangement that looked far cheaper than the $150 | paid (something similar from Farro would cost about $80), but I was embarrassed when she texted me a photo of the flowers - a bouquet full of flowers I knew full well she was allergic to. If they could only supply one out of the five flower types pictured, I would have appreciated being given the choice to either proceed with the order or cancel altogether, but instead, they just went ahead without consulting me. While I understand seasonal substitutions happen, this was unacceptable. There was no option to request "no lilies" during checkout, and my reviews warning others about this experience have not been published. I won’t be purchasing here again and urge others to think twice before ordering

   Best florist store in Auckland. I buy from Wild Poppies regularly. I have never had a complaint from my partner. Every bouquet is met with a smile, hug and smothering of kisses and it's thanks to the consistency of Wild Poppies team. Sometimes I'm not able to make it to collect an order they will happily leave the flowers outside, in a safe covered area so I may collect. The same day delivery service in Auckland has never let me down either. Keep up the great work team! Fletcher

But what I was most impressed with was when I needed a same day delivery to a tricky location, despite being low on courier drivers once the team understood the situation they acted quickly to ensure that my order happened on the same day. Highly recommend them!
