   I called David this morning to see if he knew where I could get a lid for my washing machine. He was very helpful in providing me with some suggestions as to who I could try. Blow me down he called me back a couple of hours later to say that he had just seen a lid beside a washer that was outside an address for the taking and that the lid matched my requirements. many thanks David.

   Googled washing machine repair near me and this was the result that came up. Called to ask if he "replaced the rubber gasket on washing machines," to which he replied, "No, we don't do front loaders." I was about to thank him for his time and hang up when he suddenly became extremely aggressive and began yelling down the phone, telling me I had asked the question incorrectly, that I was wasting people's time and that I needed to "be quiet and listen." He did not stop, and I had to hang up after some time of this. A strange interaction to say the least.

   I called the 0800 number and the message said he wasn’t available but gave a number for Yong - 021311168. It was late so I sent him a text last night. Yong rang first thing this morning to check a few details and he turned up at 2pm as arranged. Amazing! He saw the issues with my 10yr old F&P washing machine immediately, checked I was ok with what he suggested and the price before proceeding. He then stayed while a load went through with zero issues (yay, it’s been weeks of issues) $350 and it’s like brand new. Totally recommend, Yong is awesome and really knows his stuff.

   Rude person. I asked a second time for the total quote price because I didn’t hear him correctly and he said “there is only one definition for “total””. So condescending. I did not use this person but paid more at another company who were far more respectful.

   Do not bother. Spoke to him for less than 5minutes due to his hostility. He needs to practice new business phone calls like asking the questions prior the customer speaking. For example; what's the issue and do you know the model number and if so what is it. In reply to Dave's reply - Never asked for someone perfect, just wanted the problem fixed. I was agitated because: 1. After explaining what the issue was he started to lecture me agitatedly because I didn’t give him the model number straight away. He kept saying “I can’t do anything with a model number”. And I had all the information ready to go. 2. When trying to give him the model number he kept talking over me and I even offered to send a photo to him if that was easier for him to understand the situation. He declined and proceeded to lecture me more about the model number - I'm an expert now. And no, definitely not or will ever be a customer. Got the washing machine fixed by another company that were super easy to deal with over the phone.
