   We took item to Noel leeming new market and was told teletech repair centre was the ones fixing it. After 2 weeks of no response, I called Store and assistant manager pretty much put the blame on teletech saying delay was cause of them. Took 2 weeks to get quote and cost To fix item is similar to just buying a new product? Like what in the scam is this. Noel leeming said they don’t deal with pricing quotes but mentioned you guys charge premium due to insurance claims. In response to your reply, Another store already sorted the issues I had and go I got a brand new replacement. I was not informed hence was told to write a review by the store if I was unhappy with the outcome. I’m not surprised you cannot find me on system as it took 2 weeks for a simple quote. How is it economically to repair if you send quote which is similar to price of brand new one????

   Thank you Teletech for taking care of our coffee machine. It's working as if it's brand new. Thanks for keeping us in the loop regarding parts and what not. Way better for the environment to have this repaired than buying a new one. Hopefully it would last a few more years. Thanks again team, would recommend.

   They have had my coffee machine for 2 months after telling me it would be 2 weeks which was bad enough!! No one answers the phone or emails. No wonder they ask for prepayment so you have no recourse on their non existent service. Quite literally one of the worst service companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. And we are yet to see when I get it back if it’s even actually fixed properly……. I’m not holding my breath…..And seems there’s a long line of identical reviews to mine. Perhaps I should have read those first!!!!!

   Excellent service. We dropped off our Breville Coffee machine and they provided an estimate of the timeframe that the part would come in (a long time but worth the wait and the estimate was accurate) and then fixed our coffee machine so it is now working as before. Thank you very much and thank you for keeping me informed of what was going on. Great work Jeff and Divine.

   Horrible customer service. Dropped off a leaking, no pressure espresso machine and never heard from them. 2 weeks go by and I call them, they say they will check on machine and call me back. They don't call me back. I call again a week later. They still don't know status and put me on hold. After paying $60 fee they say my machine is fine and doesn't need repaired. I announced this to my coworker and we had a chuckle as that thing is broke as. So they took my money, obviously didn't even look at the espresso maker, or bother to call me. Just no.
