My mum had a wonderful experience with the staff here, especially the beautiful Indian lady. She said she was very kind and patient and felt looked after during a private Ultrasound. My mum was very nervous about going so this was a great outcome for her. Thank you Advance Ultrasound.
The Three Kings branch is excellent! Welcomed us with a smile, calming ambiance, comfy room. We were so blessed to have Maureen as our sonographer for the anatomy scan. Her bubbly personality makes the scan 120% better and she explained thoroughly through the whole process. Thanks team!
The team at Advanced Ultrasound in Three Kings are amazing, friendly and welcoming. Dee and her lovely team at reception are always willing to help! Booking an appointment with them is so easy and straight forward. And I appreciated the communication and updates I received from them regarding my appointments. Mike and Emmett, the lovely sonographers always made my ultrasound appointments a special and memorable one. They talk you through every detail, very thorough, knowledgeable and funny! Above all, they provide you with a seamless experience and exceed expectations. I am always happy to make the drive out from South Auckland to get my ultrasounds here, I highly recommend and cannot fault them!
I had an appointment scheduled for 10:45 am at the Advanced Ultrasound Scanning Center, and I arrived a bit early around 10:20 am. To my dismay, I was made to wait until 11:45 am, and the wait was still ongoing. This level of irresponsibility and disregard for punctuality is highly unacceptable, especially considering that I had just finished a night shift and was in dire need of timely service. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service provided by this scanning center. Not only did they fail to honor my appointment time, but the continued delay has caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. Efficient scheduling and respecting patients' time are fundamental aspects of any healthcare facility, and it is disheartening to experience such a lack of professionalism. I sincerely hope that the Advanced Ultrasound Scanning Center takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure prompt and reliable service for all their patients. As a healthcare provider, they should prioritize respecting patients' time and offer a better experience overall.
I was blessed with leah, lovely girl very nice postive attitude and explained everything to me really well. Made me feel comfortable she is a gem... the lady at reception i felt sorry for her she was so busy and rushed off her feet but overall really good.
I came here for my growth scan and Emmett was my sonographer. Everything went well. I like how friendly and knowledgeable he is. I usually go to Advance Ultrasound Botany branch as I live really close there. Let's just say, this is the best decision I've ever made regarding all my scans. Didn't mind the drive as I felt really taken care of and finally to have that friendly rapport with my sonographer was great- not the usual disconnected feeling I get from the other place. Staff are approachable and kind. Keep up the good work.
