   I have been using TMNZ for years through my practice to assist my clients with tax pooling purchases. Their service used to be great, reliable, and professional. However, in recent years, the service quality has dropped significantly, and I suspect this might be due to high staff turnover. Unfortunately, many of their current consultants appear to have no real business, tax, or accounting background. When issues arise, instead of providing solutions or helping their clients work through problems, they now simply push the responsibility back to the customer, asking us to contact Inland Revenue ourselves. I honestly couldn’t believe that this was the official response I received from a tax pooling intermediary. To make matters worse, I haven’t been able to contact my designated account manager for help either. It’s extremely disappointing to see a once-professional service become so unhelpful, especially when we are dealing with serious tax matters for our clients. Instead of spending so much time and money on marketing emails and sales calls, they should invest in hiring qualified, experienced staff who can actually assist their clients properly. Very disappointed!!!

   Tax Management NZ (TMNZ) have fantastic product offerings for SME business owners who got to plan their cash flow and pay provisional tax in advance to IRD. We have been using TMNZ since 2014 and have never been disappointed. Great customer service team and low interest rates.
