   My husband and I endured a lengthy and difficult visa process with set backs and complications throughout. Richard and James were awesome, it took almost 3 years to get my husband a residence visa, but giving up was never an option and these guys understood that. James in particular worked closely with us showing extreme patience and empathy at all times. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with visas, they are great at what they do.
