   We joined Andrew and his mortgage team in February 2025 with a very clear property strategy, and from day one it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing. AJ was highly knowledgeable around our specific investment approach and very clear on which main banks would actually support it — not just in theory, but in practice. What really sets AJ apart is his team structure. He focuses on the high-level strategy, structure, and advice, while his team handles the documentation and execution seamlessly. That meant we always felt supported without being bogged down in admin. We purchased based on the strategy we discussed, and AJ delivered exactly what he said he would — securing main bank lending at 70% LVR on a multi-unit cross-lease property. We’ll absolutely continue working with AJ on the next steps, including revaluation and topping up lending post-renovation. AJ genuinely knows the game because he’s an investor himself, and that shows in every conversation. We couldn’t recommend him more highly to anyone serious about building a property portfolio. Laura helped me complete a refinance of my portfolio to achieve split banking with two top banks, freeing up equity for a future property purchase in addition to a great cashback. In what was at times a complex and confusing process, Laura worked dilligently to simplify each step, making time for calls in different time zones and providing regular detailed updates over email to ensure the banks had everything they needed for a prompt assessment.
