I had applied on my own for a visit visa for my Ugandan fiancee but was declined by INZ. I checked around and saw Chris from Visa4U had some good reviews so I contacted him to discuss our situation and signed up. My initial thought was that his service wasn't cheap, but at the end the service was first class and I would use his service again without hesitation and also wholeheartedly endorse his professional service level. Questions were answered quickly and he was helpful with suggestions for documentation and how to present a stronger case. INZ again had questions requiring supplementary documentation which was frustrating (but outside his control), however he kept us on track with suggestions and advice. The visa was issued today and in retrospect, the price paid was fair for the work he put in and advice he offered, as dealing with INZ solo is virtually impossible. Two thumbs up and my unreserved recommendation.
