    Total waste of time choosing this company over all the other finance institutions. I don’t think they are following what they advertised on their website, even though I have got a score more than required. Obviously not even an email why it wasn’t approved until I email them. Do not recommend. Copied comment but true they even didn’t ask for anything i have strong credit history good pay no loan no credit card but without anything checking directly refused

    I am concerned about the quality of service I received. Following an unsuccessful application, I was not contacted until I reached out to inquire about its status. Subsequently, I received two emails confirming the outcome, despite my prior inquiry. Furthermore, my requests for information to review my application have gone unanswered. Despite my efforts to ensure there were no issues on my end, the service provided by Mary has been disappointing and unprofessional.

    Morning Symon Having been a customer for some time now and have always had a pleasing experience I have found that there are times when the human contact ie voice on end of phone , is needed as there is an element of direct interaction required around specific questions. The wait time , failing to call back to customers is not of a standard that would inspire a positive reaction from a potential client. The Customer service provided online whilst a symptom of a changing society , allows for a quick and effective means of application ,it doesn't mean it should replace the human element or interaction.

    Experience was really good very easy to apply, mostly done through online. Also it doesn't take long, like if you apply through other companies they ask alot of questions even tho I have given your details you have a full-time job, but need a top up cos of urgent family reasons. I like that if you do pay off earlier there is no extra charge. Thank you Leanne for your help and the talk on the phone I appreciate it. Thanks Nectar!
