   Great company to deal with. Better rates than the others with a very well thought out front end. I needed a debt consolidation as I had medical bills that loaded up my credit card causing horrible interest penalties and this loan has saved me thousands of dollars. Extremely simple process performed entirely on line. A great product and a great service.

   Excellent service, it's true it's all done online unless they need to query anything. In my case I sent all the required docs and lending crowd did the rest. I didn't have to get on the phone or send several emails which is helpful when your busy at work. Received what I needed with a good rate. Thank you LC. 2023 - Used LC again & the experience was positive as the last time. Online platform is so easy to use and the staff are amazing, helpful & responsive such as Elijah. Service, product & staff are 10/10 - excellent.

   This company is absolutely amazing when it comes to customer service in the financial services sector and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a financial services solution. Their online platform is incredibly user-friendly (it took a whole 20min to complete the application) and it took only 3 working days for the application to be approved! What a pleasure... if it wasn't for the little technical glitch on the bank's side, it could probably have been done sooner. Their consultants are friendly, knowledgeable, available (no long waiting periods on the phone) and happy to deal with "user errors". Overall, they are just impressive!
