Full of all those extra games you have to put money in, broken rideon toys, and to top off midday kitchen closed so cant even get anything to eat

Took my son there on Sunday, parked as usual but when I got there realised they have raised the entrance fee , it has always been expensive but this time seemed unreasonable, so I paid the fee and then after I paid, I have been told to scan a barcode for the carpark which is a hassle in itself given all the kids excitement when you arrive, only their barcode takes you to a page that tells you where you have parked your car, is going to be towed away!!! Most of the carpark area is a tow away now. They have changed the internal set up which didn’t seem fun to the kids and they got bored quite quickly, 3 out of 4 toilets were out of order, so go figure… Not worth it

Kids had a wonderful time. A few bits need looking at. They dont sell food, you might be able to get a coffee though.

After reading the past negative reviews. I manage to find one positive. The place has been fixed up. Confirmed by one reviewer. Under new management. They are still working on other things. No food served there. Coffee is served but not working when I was there. Free wifi. Lots of seating and games. Trampoline area. And circuit area for the kids. Parking is down a long driveway. Only one way in and out. It's shared with other businesses. They have no website at the moment.

I took my 3 year old to Popking and at first what seemed cool with a big wide open space, turned out to be quite disastrous after about 5 mins. Broken toys, exposed nails, a large hole the size of two children and 3 stories up which could cause a life threatening injury. The hole had no warning around it that it was there plus I was not informed on entry about the danger of it. It had simply been half covered up with zip ties. I called the owner who said they would fix it the next day…so fingers crossed he takes it seriously. Apart from that, the coffee was average, the worker was nice, dust and dirt everywhere throughout the playground which looked like it had never been cleaned and old playground equipment. You’re not allowed to bring your own food which is unfortunate considering they don’t offer any healthy food for kids and barely any food on offer at all for that matter. This place needs either a huge update or to be closed down because unfortunately it doesn’t seem like the owners have a genuine interest in children or children’s health and safety. Worst $22 I’ve spent.

The idea is great, however the parking is really bad, the place should have proper heating, could use a good and deep cleaning (I mean there are vacummers now that can really leave this clean and proper) and the menu should be healthier all is fried and no variety. We had a good time but I wished it was cleaner, is for kids!

Absolutely crazy location for an indoor playground. Parking is absolute hell. Inside the facility itself was big and spacious, however it was dirty and COLD. No heaters Birds everywhere. Bird poo everywhere. I was watching a staff member clean tables and he noticed dry bird poo on a baby high chair, waiting for him to clean it.. he didn't. Probably won't come back just because of it's location.

my kids enjoyed it! There are big lego-like bricks ! Kids (and adults) enjoyed building a big castle ! :) And there is a wall where kids can play with lego... The only thing is that there were legos that looked like w**d leaf (see photo)... weird!

3 and over costs $22.90. It’s very hot inside, they only have 2 ceiling fans operating, no air conditioning. Large empty space in the middle. Very few facilities to play with. The place felt dirty. Do not recommend and will not come back again. For the same price I would recommend Hippo or Neverland.

If your looking for a 5 star experience you wont find it here. - They will ask for like a 90% deposit if you want to book which is not refundable. - Parking is a Nightmare especially if you come in a big group plus no mobility parking. - Birthday room had rubbish and old decor left from previous party. - Coffees are cold and bland. - Menu is way overpriced - No outside food/drink allowed - Adult experience is a 0 There is a mediocure indoor playgtound which will keep the kids entertained. If you want to visit here id suggest only visiting for the playground and nothing else.
