   The worse of their branches. My item was due on the 8th. I called ON the 8th Dec 2025 to ask if I could pay it the following Monday 15 Dec 25 as I get paid once a month. And I have always either cashed or extended my items with them. Seeing this I thought to go ahead and ask DESPITE THE FACT THAT I "WAS TOLD ON THE DAY I CAME IN" to use my jewelry as a loan (this was the repeated phrase the woman Samoan manager (I too am part Samoan) who vindicated for her Assistant Manager that had misinformed me and started all this mess). Long story short. I was given an "okay" by the this Indian Assistant Manager to come in the following week. The day came I ring them as I couldn't pay via their payment link. The lady manager said my jewelry has been taken to the jewelers as it's already overdue and they won't have it till the week after. Said she'd call me in which she didn't. I took it on myself to ring them the next week to inquire. I was talking to the same initial man I FIRST SPOKE to on the 8th. He suggested that I come in to make a personal loan to help pay for the jewelry as I no longer had the sum I needed to cash the item out. Even though it was their/ HIS fault that I couldn't cash my item out WHEN I DID HAVE THE MONEY. I go over to the store. I was helped by one colleague this man had introduced me to to fill in my information. AND THEN after asking for the manager to speak to in regards to the initial problem (THAT HER COLLEAGUE HAD GIVEN ME THE OKAY TO PAY A WEEK LATER). She kept saying "But you were told on the day you came, that's our policy". The DUMB part to this. She didn't acknowledge the failure of HER Assistant manager and apologize on his behalf and then offer the extension. The matter would've been easily settle. INSTEAD she wanted to keep repeating herself. I broke down cos I usually would argue but I'm trying my best not to handle things like this cos WE CAN DO BETTER. I'm not racist. But it's the fact that us Island brown people already look stupid to white and Indian and Chinese people. She just made the whole matter look even more stupid on HER END for not understanding and acknowledging what went wrong FIRST. Not only is that a bad look as a professionalism on her behalf. It's an even uglier look on the branch and staff she manages. This branch alone I've seen MANY changes of staff in just the past year. Please do better. Cos even though I was TOLD THE POLICY. Your staff was TRAINED to know the policy but STILL chose to go against it. THAT'S worse.

   Large store- nice, clean and open, with various products. The staff that helped me was kind and polite BUT the manager was less so. I found a fault in the product and asked if there could be a discount (I was watching this product on their website and know they have been trying to sell it for a long time), staff said she would ask the manager (as only the manager could give larger discounts). Manager said "can't", tried to negotiate but manager insisted the price was firm. I walked straight out. YOU'RE A PAWN SHOP! A SECOND HAND STORE! THERE HAS TO BE SOME SORT NEGOTIATING OR HAGGLING. What's the point for a pawn shop buy all these items and not trying to sell them???

   The lady manager was very nice to deal with and same goes for the staff (Not sure why the ratings are so low). Got an amazing deal on a Samsung S24 Ultra, will be back for more.

   Been a customer since Karun was a manager there and the customer service has always been top notch and snagged pretty good deals. However the woman that was present at around 2pm on the 30/9/2024 was incredibly unpleasant to deal with. Was sitting on her phone in the corner and didn't acknowledge me until I greeted her. She looked annoyed that I had interrupted her unscheduled phone time during work hours. Was incredibly dismissive with any inquiry I had and didn't know what the brand Huawei was. I was polite the entire interaction yet she insisted on being dismissive and rude. Whether it's a training issue or clientele one there is no need for such poor customer service. Hopefully your manager or PM sees this so you are pulled up on how poorly you treat polite customers.

   You have a rude staff name anna. She drop a lots of gadget in the box with a lot's of ps4 in front of me. Maybe she is not happy with her job or tired but still please don't act like that. I was shock when she dropped it. I don't usually give feedback but this one made me a reason to put one.
