    The Aon Centre offers 21 levels of premium corporate office space on the corner of Customs Street West and Lower Albert Street. This 1980’s building has been refurbished twice, with a classic yet modern office aesthetic. The lobby was completely renovated in 2023, welcoming a new cafe, Sergeant. Full childcare facilities are available onsite as well as a metro Woolworths supermarket on street level providing the ultimate convenience for workers. The building’s large windows provide generous natural light, while large floor plates enable a flexible interior layout. As part of Commercial Bay, Aon Centre occupiers benefit from a covered connection to a world-class shopping and dining environment.     Sends an invoice dated November 2023 to us in the mail on the 29th of February 2024. The invoice is for house insurance from the January 2024 to January 2025. No email. No phone call. No name on the envelope even though the signatory Stephen has dealt with us directly before. A condescending sentence to start the letter also. This is the second time AON has left us uninsured for months at a time without any correspondence. I would never ever recommend them as an insurer. Their comms are hopeless. Adding to that the after hours phone message hangs up on you as you add a voice message.
