   EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. I literally couldn't be happier with the service I have received. One of the best customer service experiences. I had a great experience with shipping my car from Perth to Wellington. After it was delivered to Willship in Perth I just sat back and watched as it all happened seamlessly. Willship cleared customs and MPI and then put it on a truck to the compliance centre. All along I had fantastic communications from them on the progress. Fantastic Service The amazing team in head office and Auckland have been simply amazing and always kept me updating every step of the way. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Dealing with NZ Customs / NZTA / VTNZ has surprisingly been easy and responded to all my dumb questions.

   We engaged Willship International to bring our car from Sydney, Australia to New Zealand. From the initial conversation to the day the car was ready for pickup was a very good experience. All costs quoted were included and explained with no surprises i.e. no hidden costs! The team at Willship in particular Danielle T who looked after our car roro was fabulous as we were kept updated regularly. Also the team at FastTrack Automotive Compliance in Christchurch were also professional and made the process to obtain initial NZ registration a breeze. We would recommend Willship International to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy company to bring their pride and joy to New Zealand.

   Absolutely terrible experience. The process to start with was great, then once you pay and are locked in, you are advised that 70% of cars fail NZ compliance. None of this is advised upfront. When the car was due to be picked up, we were not contacted and happened to be home by chance. Again, we were told we would be contacted beforehand. We were also advised, by Seb, that if the car failed it would be $450 which inevitably ended up costing over $1000. When we queried this, we were told the price ‘suddenly’ went up and Willship were not informed. I find this impossible to believe when your whole job is to understand the ins and outs. We had the car detailed twice and there were still issues. This company is not transparent and there are a number of additional costs that will be sprung on you. UPDATE: When we were enquiring about the issues, no one could give us answers. Funny how a poor review sparks response. This response is inferring we did not follow instructions. We actually went above and beyond what your team told us to. I suggest using another company.
