Zero / 5 stars. Took, tracking showed HSUD continued to bump our 40Ft container 8x between December - March. 4 months to ship trans-Tasman. Pathetic. Worst yet, they send to Tauranga and cause further rail delays. Use a different service that goes direct to Auckland. Not a cheap bus service like HSUD

Hamburg Sud is a shipping freight company I clean at night. The staff are considerate when it comes to helping keep there premises tidy. We worked through covid owing to the nature of there jobs shipping. Most staff worked from home however half a dozen needed to be there. With extra cleaning and sanitary requirements staff that worked were helpful by only going in area's they needed to be. Covide scans were compulsory for all staff including me.
