   I’ve never heard of Jetkrate before but I looked up online for the reviews and told myself I will give this company a chance. The outcome did not disappointed me. From the beginning process of creating an account and had my items delivered at Jetkrate warehouse were nice and easy. I did not have to interact with anyone. All I have to do was using the address provided from the account as a delivery address when I ordered merchandise and when the items had been delivered, Jetkrate notified me through email. It took them only two days to have my package ready to ship from NZ to the US. The only downside I think they should improve is to make sure they pack the package more efficiently because my package has been filled with saran wrap which is very heavy to secure the items inside instead of using bubble which is way more lighter so I ended up paying higher shipping fees than I expected. Also if they can find a better box that closely match to the size of the items inside rather than using the bigger box will also help customers save on weight and capacity a lot more. All in all, I will definitely using Jetkrate again if they work on my advice other than that, this company is legit. I highly recommend you to try.

   Finding an item that really speaks to you is a great feeling, being hit with reality when shops don’t ship overseas, I found Jetkrate and that little problem went out the window! The system they have is brilliant and incredibly easy to use, the team is quick, efficient and friendly! I can’t say enough positive things about this company, I just used their services to acquire an item color not sold in U.S. retailers and it was perfect, DHL is taking care of the rest after Jetkrate facilitated the logistics and package hand off, couldn’t be happier and the price is always nice! UPDATE: I was able to pick the parcel up at my local DHL depot as opposed to waiting around all day and it was perfectly in tact and looks awesome now! Thank you again Jetkrate, I couldn’t have done this without your awesome team!
