Customer service was a tad busy but were available when needed, and they had at least one thing I have been looking for. Also always love the smell at Trade Aid, regardless of specific location.
I had been looking for coffee mugs and been unable to find any at a reasonable price. Tried TradeAid and they were well priced and the staff knew their stock - where it was from etc. Wrapped them up well for me. Very happy with my purchase.

Lots of fair trade goodies and foodies pretty fun shopping place. Reasonable price for quality of goods and service and doing good for sustainability. I would highly recommend trying fair trade chocolates (Iām not endorsed in any way with the store). Very friendly staff service as well.

Excellent selection of unique beautifully made homeware, jewellery, soaps etc. Pop in and pick up a reasonably priced gift for everyone in the family with an ethical twist. Win Win.
Trade aid sells high quality gifts, homewares and food. Everything they sell is ethically sourced, and most items come with a slip explaining their origins and how the workers benefit from the sales.
