The team is always so friendly and professional. Honest, reliable and top-notch service and expertise. I first took my car there on a friend’s recommendation. The AA guy thought I needed a new fuel pump and I was prepared to spend up large. I was told I didn’t need one, which was wonderful honesty. Highly recommended.
Very responsive and adaptable customer service where you are able to come in on late notice and get a job done. The team are very friendly and have great communication, also pricing seems to be very fair as well! I would recommend if you are looking for a mechanic in the Grey Lynn/central area! A pre-purchase vehicle inspection is only $90 compared to most places which would be around $150-200.
The team at Barry Clarke Automotive are timely, professional, and extremely helpful. I’ve only been in twice so far (once for repairs and once for a WOF) but have been very happy with the level of service both times. I even asked for some advice regarding purchasing a new car (totally clueless!!) and was taken through my best options, then reassured that I could come back in anytime for a chat, should I have any more questions/concerns. The work was completed quickly, the prices are very reasonable, especially for Auckland, and I will continue to come here for all my car needs in the future.
