Well laid out store despite the small space. Was assisted by Natalie when shopping recently and was pleased with the support as she answered all my product questions and made me feel confident in my purchase. Is a shame not all products are available as this is my favorite location to shop :)

Bit of a disappointing experience - the two young ladies in store on Monday definitely need more training. Very lovely, just very unsure of everything they were doing. I found what I wanted and asked if the item was 20% off. They said no, the sale ended yesterday, even though all the signs in the window said 20% off and so did the website. Turns out the item was infact 20% off when they scanned it. Tried to pay with some commercial bay gift cards but they said they were invalid. I went upstairs and got them checked at the commerical bay concierge and they were fine, the staff had just tried to enter them as Lorna Jane gift cards instead of just swiping them like a normal EFTPOS card. Went back to the store to inform them. Asked if they had something else in stock as the website said their store had them but I couldn't find it on the shelf. They couldn't find it so I just bought the item I originally found. They put through the two commerical bay vouchers and I had to wait another 5 mins while they figured out how to charge me for the remainder that was owed. They said they'd email me the receipt but I never received one. Like I said, very lovely staff but I don't think they were equiped with the knowledge to run the store themselves. Luckily there was no one else in the store when I went back because they were both occupied with me for about 15 mins. The whole trip took over 30 mins when it really should've been a 5 min transaction.

I love Lorna Jane, they have such amazing fabrics and everything is such good quality. I’ve had leggings for over a year that are used everyday and been washed a million times that still look brand new and hold their shape. The customer service really is 5 star - it’s so quick and easy. The shipping is really FAST only ever takes max 2 days to get my order. I find them really easy to deal with when returning or exchanging something and it is sorted ASAP. Thanks !
