   Just went to the commercial bay Lululemon store and I have an important feedback. Please check before finalising the payment, take the security tags off. I came home and realised the staff didn’t check if the security tags were off before putting it in the bag. Disappointed as I live far from town and the only way to get the tag off is to go back to the store.

   Very helpful sales people, provided info on size, use and wear of different items. Advised on services such as hem. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, provided good recommendations. Store was well set up and easy to navigate and find what you want. Very spacious changing rooms and big mirrors are great.

   The attitude of a lady cashier is really bad and impatient! I can't imagine receiving such treatment in the retail store. On the contrary, the staff at the newmarket store are really nice, and I strongly recommend everyone to go to the Newmarket!! never come to city store again!!!!

   Good product range. Easy access. Some pleasant customer service assistants yet another seemingly rather self centered upon the importance of looking after herself rather than the customer. After making the effort after a pre contact phone call, to drive into the City, through ASB Marathon traffic, park nearby in Downtown town car park, then walk to Lululemon, while the assistant met me on arrival, could only say she had to go on a break. Seemingly totally uninterested other than her own self importance, we customers were left perplexed and then in a queue to wait for another customer experience Executive. Philosophy remains who is more important? The customer, the customer service staff or adherence to work to rule. Unlikley to want to use Lululemon Queen St again.
