   Our family of four visiting from the U.S. had a phenomenal experience at the Nike Auckland City store. Oscar's customer service exceeded our expectations. He was very knowledgeable regarding the various Nike products our boys showed an interest in. Oscar was polite, patient, kind and very cheerful. He is defintelay an asset to this store. Best wishes.

   Went looking on the long weekend for a new pair of supportive walking shoes. Showed two I liked to Parthi and she asked questions then advised the most suitable and why. They actually had my size and two half sizes smaller and larger. What a change! Invited me to join the members club to add the purchase toward getting a $50 voucher. Normally I wouldn't join another members club but she was so great and the workout gear looked great for my next visit so I did lol. One reason Nike staff stood out was I had already visited 5 other sports shoes stores that morning and their staff weren't trained, it was all like warehouse sales where you could try to find your size, no assistance with what was most suitable and no one really cared if you were there or not. Sadly a lot of retail these days is help your self and the pay desk is here. Congrats to Nike for selecting and training staff like Parthi!

   I went into Store on a Mission to buy. I was served mostly by Elia Manager and Oscar, all the staff were welcoming, talked to me and were very attentive helping me with sizes and choices. I had a really fun time, I felt very comfortable to spend a couple of hours choosing what I wanted. I bought basics and cause of your spend $500 get a $50 Voucher Deal, I bought some cool Sneakers too. Overall a great experience, I’m going back to buy another Jersey when I get my Voucher, I’ll definitely return again in future. Many thanks guys :) A++++++++

   Had an amazing experience at Nike Queen Street! Elia went above and beyond to help me out — from finding the right size in the Air Jordan 01s to showing me how to style and lace them properly. I was nervous about the suede front getting dirty, and he even took the time to spray them with a rain protector for me. Super knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Truly the best service I’ve had in a store — thank you Elia :)

   Nike is one of the few brands that are comfortable for me. We visited their Queen Street shop and we're initially met with a nice helpful guy but during his break time he was replaced by someone with a very high pitched voice that was hard to hear and understand. As well another staff was talking unnecessarily loudly to a customer, making it even more difficult to hear what was being said to us. Kind of disappointing and on checkout the POS system wasn't working too well either. Not really a good experience for the Nike brand.

   Everyone was grumpy maybe ready to go home. But an hour till closing time should still warrant decent service. Heard about a store in Australia customizing some Jersey for the world cup but was met with incredulity and annoyance. And this was the best intersection with the employees at this location.
