   DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. My experience was a masterclass in poor service, broken promises, and outright negligence. Here’s the timeline of this awful experience: They took my money immediately. After a referral, I stressed the urgency of my case. Their first move was to demand $500 upfront to obtain a file, promising it would take "10 working days." They missed their own deadline and forgot I existed. After two weeks (which is already more than 10 working days), I had to follow up. It was clear no work had been done. The person I spoke to didn't even remember my case. They then sent me a new form to fill out, restarting the process. Total communication blackout. Weeks later, I got a quote to submit the application. I repeatedly asked—via multiple emails and calls—to simply speak to the lawyer who would handle my file. They ignored every single request. No call, no explanation, nothing. They ghosted me after I asked for a refund. Finally, I demanded my money back for services never rendered. Predictably, they went completely radio silent and have ignored me for weeks. This firm operates by taking your money upfront, then delivering nothing but delays, amnesia, and silence. They ignore urgent requests and basic professional courtesy. Save yourself the immense stress, money, and time. I have zero confidence in their ability to handle any case. An utterly awful experience from start to finish.

   Really worst experience of my life, I had applications culturally arranged marriages via mcclymont and associates here in Auckland after they charged me $3426 on 29th of September 2022. On agreement they said it takes between one to three months to be completed, they getting delaying and then promised me they will write a support letter for my case in October 2022, after few weeks I asked them to send me any emails or confirmation from immigration as evidence, they just send me ID number which did not really help. Then after 3 months I try to get anything from them but nothing I started to have problems with my fiancé because of this company and their process. In February 2023, I sent them an email to Michaela explain to her that my fiancé has no more patience send me anything that can confirm that something happened in last few months, but again I got nothing from them until things got bad and I broke up with my fiancé. I tried to get in touch with another person her name Anshka at least to get some refund from original amount she said I’m not selling clothes or any other products so I can do refund how rude is that ??!!! Honestly never thought there any customer service in nz like that. I got all the emails as evidence and will be attached. Don’t waste your time and money with this company.
