   PLEASE AVOID!! I regret to say that my experience with Parshotam Lawyers during my first home purchase was extremely frustrating. The firm lacked customer care and communication, which left me feeling unsupported and uncertain throughout the entire process. After constant delays and minimal updates, we ultimately had to cancel our contract with Parshotam Lawyers. We had to turn to Gibson Sheat Lawyers at the 11th hour, and they were nothing short of amazing—responsive, professional, and truly dedicated to ensuring everything went smoothly. I cannot recommend Gibson Sheat enough, but I strongly urge potential homebuyers to AVOID Parshotam Lawyers. There are much better options out there that will actually prioritize your needs and deliver the service you deserve.

   Reflecting on my experience with the lawyer during our recent house-buying process, I will not be recommening their services. In particular, the owner, Bharat communicated in a manner that felt rough/impolite on phone calls. Every time I reached out with a call, he didn't have anything to add further to any questions asked(yes/no answers). If asking for an advise to a matter the stock standard answer you'd get yourself. With an issue arising after the settlement no responses at multiple instances. Multiple followups have been left unresponsive. Would have assumed the services we employ would mean some help to us. Rather it's been nothing but more stress and left to deal with the issue ourselves. Unless it's legal stamping would not recommend the services.

She is one of the excellent solicitor, very kind and humble and she gone through the best possible help to settled the property. For me and my wife. They also reasonable in fees and excellent in paper work , kiwisaver withdrawl, kianga ora first home grant. I will recommend to use their service if anyone is settling the home they assist in a proffessional way. Thank you Veena ji for your help.

   First home buyer please "please" stay away. They do not explain anything at all even though they should and will put the blame on you if anything goes wrong. Almost felt like they were working for the other side even though they were our solicitors. Legal Assistant there is so inexperienced, rude and don't expect any help AT ALL.
