   Got a couple of t-shirts for Christmas from Rodd &Gun which I already had. Took it to St Lukes for an exchange - it was folded up not touched with store tissue in it. The new lady manager did not believe that it was untouched and she was not prepared to exchange the item, she was not helpful and said it would make her store stats look bad. Proceeded to tell me to take it back to Newmarket as I am not a regular at St Lukes, when advised I do shop at st lukes store she made a sound under her breath. As a customer I have grown fond of the brand for its high quality clothing but I guess the staff still need some quality training that doesnt judge people. This interaction has really left a sour taste which will make me think twice before visiting this store again. Hope there is some learnings from this interaction . Went back to New Market who exchanged the item no questions asked. Highly recommend New Market over St Lukes with their service and quality of staff.

   I ordered a pair of birch slides in November 2022 online only to find they shipped 2 2XL shirts to my address instead of my slides. I then sent an email to customer service immediately and to this day still have not received a response. I took in the shirts to my local store and asked what they can do to help. The lady said leave the shirts with her and for me to pick a pair of slides that I wanted from in store but the catch was I had to pay for these slides again. She claimed once the original order of slides was found only then could she refund me the money. So I paid for a new pair of slides for the second time and walked out thinking I would hear back from Rodd and Gunn. However still no response from them and every time I go in to the local Shop it’s another excuse as to why I still don’t have my money back. It has been over a month.

I have retail background and never have I seen nor met a wonderful older gentleman working in retail. I will be back to purchase more, and will bring my Dad as well.
