   Hello Jenny May I appreciate your apology today and that you are bothered by parents entering the separate sex changing rooms. It is your responsibility as the swimming school's operator to ensure sure that there are suitable changing areas for families and people of all genders. In the thirty-four years since I learned to swim in your pools, you haven't upgraded the facility. Yet, the world has changed massively then, I have been a supporter of your swim school. My 6-year-old son broke down in the changing rooms this morning, and it was a horrible scenario to be yelled at. As one single mother to another, I would have expected some understanding for the circumstances, but I was unable to step in to aid him. I had been changing my boys in the girls changing rooms previously and being yelled at by other parents, for being in there. It’s now 2024 in a world of gender diversity and inclusion- it’s time you upped your options. This is ridiculous the ongoing emails and lack of solutions- it’s not the parents fault. This is 100% on Ross Millar swim school.

   The coaches at Ross Millar are fantastic - second to none!! Teaching swimming is their life and it shows in the passion they have with the kids they teach. Our now 7 year old was floundering and not progressing with his lessons from other centres. That changed almost immediately when he started with Elliott and Jordan. Thanks team!

   A great swim school for children. Been in couple other places but this is the best. Instructions are awesome and everyone truly loves what they are doing there. I take my 4 and 7 years old there and both are progressing well. Ross Miller class are at Three Kings school.
