I loved my time living in this apartment building. I felt incredibly safe during my time in the building. There are security cameras throughout the property, and you need to swipe your access key multiple times just to enter or exit. I never once saw anyone trying to sneak into the building or car park, and my assigned parking spot was always respected. The building is peaceful despite being in the city, and it’s consistently clean and well maintained. The building manager was helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. As for the water bill, I never found it excessive, even with EnergyCo as the provider. The location is unbeatable — close to all motorways and within walking distance to so much. I only left because I relocated overseas, otherwise I would have happily stayed on. Sometimes reviews don’t reflect the full picture — this place was a great home for me.
