   There is rubbish on the roof outside and the 2 level bus can see all the junk clothes , looks terrible , appears no one knows how to contact the body corporate to look into this, Kiwi On Queen Apartments

   I stayed here nearly 2 years. This is a very good and tidy apartment. Convenient.. Bus stop is infront of the apartment. Few steps to restaurants, supermarkets. Very Secure. Building manager is really nice. Pest free apartment ( The reason I'm saying this, i went to some other apartments,there are many bugs, ants and crockroaches) If we receive any parcels, we don't need to go down directly to collect, building manager collects for us. Then we can contact him and sort it out. Comfortable

   It is a beautiful building on the main road. It is well managed. It is close to all Universities. Everything is available in and around this area. It is the heart of the city. One can reach any part of Auckland through bus or car. Transportation is available easily. The location is best. It is in a very lively area.
