Very well managed and clean, which might sound like the bare minimum but keeping that up is a challenge, many apartment blocks you can visit and they fail on that. Quality warm building as well.
Chic inner city apartments, fantastic location. Light and airy, well designed with excellent Body Corporate and secure. A great place to rent as so close to everything that inner city Auckland has to offer.
My mother-in-law’s flight delayed tonight, we arrived at the gate of this building almost 10pm. No reception only a locked slide door. Phoned multiple times and the woman on phone was super difficult to talk to - nothing close to be friendly at all. She even said to my wife to check in tomorrow. No cancellation option for this business so prepare to lose your money if you are not enjoy abuse. Busying finding a bed now. Let’s see how low they are going to be.
Lovely place to live, great room. Great management. Downside are some of the residents post being taken but the building manager is doing the most they can to prevent these measures. 10/10
