   The building owner just making money why you guys charge too much if you're not providing proper service you just making money! What about the people who live here. You guys need to do something people live here because everything closes. You guys have 2 lift but but both not working same time. You guys need to do something you guys left to make money sometimes.

   Dear Management on HARVARD APARTEMENT, I've been lived here for a long time, it's been for 6 months everytime the lift isn't working. If the management can't work properly, please resign immidietly. I'll be more happy to hear that

   Just a heads-up if you're thinking of buying or renting an apartment here—elevator patience is a must! For the past few months, we’ve mostly had just one elevator working (we only have 2), so patience is key to not going mad. On special days, both elevators decide to take a break, giving everyone the opportunity to do a leg day.. or two. This forces the tenants to keep active, plus we get to improve our patience as well, which is great.

   Very poor property management. Two lifts are there. One lift is not working since three months. Another lift is working as it likes. There are many days we are using stairs. Kids and elders are suffering too much.

   The cockroach infestation in this building is out of control and the landlords refuse to rectify it. If I'd stayed any longer I would have gone to tenancy tribunal and I recommend anyone else continuing to struggle with it to take that step. The building manager is nice and helpful. Don't believe what any listing's say about a gym or pool. The pool is permanently closed, and the gym is pretty terrible. There are people coming and going at all times of the night, which can be very noisy and sometimes sound like it's inside of the apartment, but that's city living for you I guess.

   Very bad lay out and dirty facility, no number on the unit, they only have number on the mailbox. So becareful with your bond if you want to rent this apartment. Sometimes agent like impression will deceive units that are seen in the beginning to us differently than those rented to us.
