This place is cheaper than the others in terms of convenience and good traffic, but no one knows the secret of this place. Homeless people often come to steal things and steal keys. Security is zero. The multi-layered doors do not help at all. We were robbed of the keys that we put in the locker downstairs. (In that day is not just my key but a lot tenant's key was stolen at the same time) We contacted the person in the room downstairs, She said she would check who took the keys that my friend put in the locker by look at CCTV. She told us to come back the next day. But the next day we went to see her, she was not there and did not leave anything for the next person. When we went to see her again the next day, we met other staffs and they said they did not know anything. In the end, we did not know who took our keys and we had to pay a lot of money to change the keys even though it was not our fault. The daytime staffs are very rude and do not care. I heard from my friend that she was scolded by the manager of this place for being so mature and still putting the key in the locker,So where is it wrong for us to put the key in the locker? It's wrong because this place is not safe.

My daughter rents a furnished flat here as a student. Within a couple of months of her moving in she was covered in bites from bed bugs that were infesting her mattress (which was supplied by the owners like the other furnishings). Building managers would not replace the mattress because she had not declared the problem within 30 days of moving in. Nor would they let her dispose of the clearly infested mattress and buy a new one (at considerable personal expense). We had to buy her a anti bed bug cover to go over the whole mattress, just so she could sleep in her own bed. All pretty disgusting, in all senses of the word. Shame, as otherwise this is a nice little place for a student to live.

I have lived here before and it was nice. Parking at the back and dropping groceries were easy unlike other apartments. Also, they have a nice building manager (Mr. Ben). Packages were always delivered and not lost.

One day they'll hopefully get rid of this eyesore relic. When I (finally!) left the new management was doing a great job in improving it but there are systemic issues with where it's positioned, why the apartments are so cheap, the layout of the place that basically condemn it. Lovely place if you really need a place and need (usually) cheaper than average accommodation, and it's better than its sister buildings (Zest, Aura, Harvard all the same concept) but there's a lot of work to do that I just don't see happening. And the building itself despite being 21 century belongs to another era. People today care about aesthetics, urban communities, lifestyle which Volt will sadly never be able to offer.

Tiny 2 bedroom apartments if you could call them that 2m square living space. Quarter of a kitchen. Bedrooms barely fit a double bed. Outdoor walkways. Basically a slum. If looking for a decent apartment don't waste your time looking here.

I have lived at several apartments in this building, each were average at best. One apartment I was at the back of the building and was instructed to not keep items on the balcony when at this time I was very busy moving things in and got tired one night leaving one suitcase in the balcony. The final apartment and the final straw was having Neel as property Manager. She constantly ignored my emails trying to get plumbing in the bathroom fixed, trying to get the wiring and lighting fixed (the lights were flickering from the day I moved in). She refused to do anything about the bed legs being broken and needing replacing. And after I finally left she took months between emails to return my bond, each time trying to add another thing onto fees to pay her. One of these was greasy cupboards from cleaning products when I spent a solid week making sure the ENTIRE apartment was spotless (it was easy on better condition than when I moved in). I reluctantly agreed with that charge and adjusted the bond refund form then she turns around and try charging almost $500 for a bed bug fumigation while providing blurry pictures of tiny sandflys. At that time I took her to tenancy and won rather easily as even several months later she didn't have clear evidence and proof of bed bugs.

Good location. Property management was terrible, went two months with low water pressure so no running water at times, plumbers did a lackluster job trying to fix it and they ignored us because it slightly worked at times. I had many days where there was just no running water but because when they checked it and only the hot water worked they didn't need to try and fix it as they claimed. Moving in the apartment was a mess and on leaving they tried to claim it was a in a good condition when we moved in, this is probably because our property manager changed half way through to someone who hadn't dealt with the property but also never tried to fix it, don't trust Neel if you get her.

Good location BUT VERY BAD MANGEMENT. Consider this as your LAST OPTION. My property manager didnt do her job properly, didnt get the apartment properly ready when I moved in. And when I requested to have the broken beds replaced, we noticed bed bugs and it had been only 2 months since I moved and she asked me to pay for fumigation. Why didnt she inspect the apartment properly before putting out on market.

The apartment itself was good for the price we paid. Very central to everything! I was disappointed with customer service received as its advertised free parking, but we never got asked if we wanted to book a car park and then missed out. Also, the way the messages came across was extremely unwelcoming. The staff at the reception area were extremely rude, and yelled at the group I was with when we greeted eachother in the foyer. Overall, I think in order to maintain a customer relationship, it would be worth offering to book a car park at the time of booking as well as be more friendly to those who are paying you.
