All good except only one or two lifts out of four work at all the times. No repairs of lifts in past one year. They all worked for one week during Xmas, now back to our office service.
My sister had booked a room but they for some reason had canceled her booking on her arrival due to ‘renovation’ when no she had no idea. They tried to make her pay another 60$ dollars to cancel room. After that my sister had tried to call the owner but to her surprise they have blocked her number. THE ROOM WAS FULLY PAID BUT HAD LEGALLY SCAMMED OFF HER MONEY. VERY DISSAPOINTING‼️‼️
Our experience at Zest, 72 Nelson Street, has been nothing short of fantastic. The management team’s excellent communication and prompt resolutions made it an even better place to live. The rent was also reasonable, especially given its prime location in the heart of Auckland. A big thank you to Jacob and Precious for your continuous and highly professional assistance.
The appointment room was in a deplorable state. It was unclean, poorly lit, and lacked basic amenities, making the entire experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. Such conditions are unacceptable for any healthcare setting.
The building management provided a defective access card, delaying my ability to enter. When I approached the manager to complete the necessary form, I simply asked for a pen. The response was dismissive and rude: “This is not the stationery we can give you.” The entire interaction felt unprofessional and frustrating. Tenants deserve better treatment than this.
Small apartments and economical for city and office working people
Water cost is way too high in this building.
