Needed a new type. They didnβt have it on site and promised they would have it the next morning. Due to work, I said I wouldnβt make it in before closing time. They said it was ok and they were happy to wait 10 minutes if need be. I managed to get in a bit earlier and had a new tyre replaced in record time. Excellent service, no fuss.

No matter what issue your car has, NEVER bring it here. They are dishonest, lying mechanics who claim to have experience, but my car ended up worse than it went in, and they refuse to take responsibility for their poor work. The owner violently shoved me just for trying to approach when he was smashing my car with a mallet, sending pieces flying. This time, don't bother calling me, unless it's to ask for my bank account and refund my money. Day 1: A loud repetitive noise from the front axle, along with uncomfortable vibrations while driving. The workshop owner test-drove my car and confidently confirmed that the issue was "wheel bearing." He asked me to return the next day at 9 AM for an accurate diagnosis by noon, and if I accepted it over the phone, my car would be ready by 6 PM. Day 2: I arrived at the agreed time and left my car as planned. They called me at 5 PM with a completely different diagnosisβclaiming that I needed to replace all tires and the transmission oil. I declined the estimate. When I picked up the car, they charged me $60 for the declined estimate, which is generally normal. However, it's also normal to be informed of this amount before accepting the work, and this lack of transparency bothered me. I left a negative review for this lack of transparency, and the owner called me to resolve it, not because he cared about my satisfaction as a customer but to protect his business reputation. I returned the same day, and they changed both rear tires at a "preferential price," which I found as a regular price on Facebook Marketplace, including fitting and balancing. During the tire change, they improperly positioned the car jack, damaging the metal underneath my car and leaving it aesthetically damaged and misaligned (PHOTO 1). I pointed this out, and they promised to fix it before I left, but they didn't. While removing one of the rear wheels, they showed me a stripped stud, claiming someone had incorrectly tightened the nut all the way down. I, however, had done it, and it wasn't a significant concern at the time as they cut it and "resolved" it. I tested the car, and the loud noise from the front axle was unresolved, and the manager also heard it. He suggested I return the next day. The vibrations were almost gone, about 80%. I have no issue mentioning the positives, but half of the problem still persisted despite changing the rear tires, which they claimed was the solution. Additionally, they didn't balance the wheels (PHOTO 2). Day 3: They lifted the car and suddenly claimed the problem was now the "wheel bearing," making me listen to a slight noise coming from the rear wheel. They said replacing it would solve the issue. After changing the entire part, they showed me that there was also noise in the transmission, which they couldn't fix. After thinking it over, I realized the dirty trick they played. They first changed the part and then told me the problem was the transmission, ensuring the work was done, and I was committed to paying. I left having paid $900, and the main problem of the loud noise in the front axle persisted. Additionally, they did not provide a receipt, only the EFT POS voucher. Day 4: Two studs on the front right wheel were completely stripped, and all five on the front left wheel were too (FOTO 3). I returned to the workshop to complain. The owner claimed they never removed the front wheels, and I demanded to see the cameras. He lied, changing his reasons, first saying they didn't work, then that they didn't point to the area where my car was. One of his mechanics contradicted himself, first saying they had removed all four wheels, then that they had only removed the rear wheels to check them on day 2. Despite my insistence and the owner knowing it was his responsibility, he agreed to change the two studs on the front right wheel but refused to change those on the front left wheel. I had to change the remaining five studs and buy new nuts myself as they were rendered useless. And the supposed transmission issue wasn't real; it was just the shock absorber bushing.

Got my car repaired for a good price and they showed me what needed to be repaired. They were quick with the fix and I got a WOF and I could go back to work.

New WOF today. They are cheating. They couldn't find a single fault and they pointed out the head lump is not bright and some surface underneath is rust and needs to be painted to pass the WOF. They just spray the rust area and just rub the lump one touch. They tried to charge $450 for 10 mins of work and did nothing. Then, they robbed $300. Never come back again.

I came here for my wof a few weeks ago and it was super easy and quick. Two of the lovely mechanics worked on my car at the same time so was great as I didnβt have to be away from work too long. Today I had an emergency where a elderly relative needed a hand with a jump start and the owner was kind enough to lent me a jump starter to help. 10/10 service!

would not return or recommend, didnt even have a choice to pick him this time. - Wouldn't give me quote of the repairs. - Gave themselves unrealistic time frames - 4 days turned into 2 weeks. - Unprepared when i turned up to drop my car. Loan car was not ready, when it was it has no petrol. - Didn't contact me when there were delays. I had to contact them. - Broke off my car logo and didn't attach it back on properly - acted oblivious when i called back to call him out on it. - Damaged the car logo and didn't bother to repaint it. - Hand prints all over the car, they said they needed an afternoon to "clean up"?????????? still wondering what they were "cleaning" Wondering if they did proper repairs or if I need another panel beater to check everything. would not be surprised if they only fixed what you can see from the outside. 1 star for the bumper and paint job i guess, as you cant give no stars *In response to your reply. And post βjust to clarify. It was $20 for petrol. And $20 for coming to you for a 2nd time to drop off because you were unorganised to have my loan car in the morning. And unorganised again to drop the pick up my car from my house. May I mention how both times I was not contacted by yourself for the delays. I had to call you. Obviously your sneaky double sided tape was smart of you. Which started peeling before I got home, HENCE why I did not notice when looking at my car. Also covering it up with telling me not to wash my car for two days - maybe this was true. Maybe it was not. No one would expect YOU to break something that was was fine before handing over to you. As it was handed over to you to FIX not DAMAGE other parts. If you had done your job right the first time and not took the $2 shop tape short cut. We would not be in this position. Also as a third party was paying. It does not justify your subpar job. Why would I bring my car back to you when you kept insisting it was normal to use double sided tape to attach the logo? Even after I told you it was peeling and would fall off if I wash my car in the future, you still insisted this was normal practice. Upon further inspection. Itβs clear you just painted over the old adhesive and attached it with double sided tape and kept denying doing so. Also the boot isnβt even attached to the bumper properly. There is a visible gap between the two. scratches and tape marks on the sides, where they re-attached the bumper. Somehow they will delete unflattering pictures of their job.
