   Tash and the team at Tael have been working with Soul Power Electrical since inception in 2009. In fact they have grown with us and worked with us across multiple businesses, trusts and property developments. Working alongside us as we take on the challenges of new businesses and changing markets. Their knowledge has been great and have also had networks to pull in specialist knowledge when we've needed it.    Working with Tael has changed our business - and that's no exaggeration! When we first started working with Tael we were a struggling business with lots of debts and no clear direction. Now, while there's still a long way to go to achieving our lofty goals of high profitability, we are certainly on the upward trajectory, with a clear, step-by-step plan, regularly reviewed by a company who cares about our business.    I was a client of Tael Solutions from 2018 to 2019 when I started a new role and became self employed. I was excited and looking forward my new career. My first job was to find an accountant to manage my income tax and I settled on Tael Solutions for their professional brand and locally based. Unfortunately, the service I received from Teal Solutions was far from professional. They provided incorrect tax advice, poor book keeping and there was an obvious lack of oversight by senior staff and I'm still paying for their mistakes. I was a small account that did not matter to them.
