Bad experience - lack of knowledge to staff. I bought a top as a gift and asked the staff if it could be returned if not liked. They said yes and that a Westfield gift voucher would be given. When we went back to exchange it, the staff denied this and argued instead. Very confusing and disappointing due to poor staff communication.

I went in yesterday to purchase a couple of garments I saw online but the 2 staff members on duty were having a big argument behind the counter, no acknowledgment, they continued to argue loudly even though they had customers. I put the items back and left, not the best shopping experience. I’m a long time loyal customer so I was very disappointed
